All our products go through vigorous quality control directly from the manufacturer and supplier; and assurance testing to ensure that we bring high quality products that will last the distance. However in the rare occasion, if faults do happen, we’ve got excellent after-sales service with parts and technicians that will get your equipment up and running again.
If you have a faulty or damaged product, please email through to letschat@outdoorslifestyle.com.au with supporting pictures and/or video, your order number and basic details. Our team are quick and will normally replies within one business day.
Our warranty only applies to the original purchaser from where the purchase was made from our www.outdoorslifestyle.com.au online store and is strictly not transferable. If the serial number is removed, altered or defaced, the warranty is void. All warranties commence on the date of purchase.
Our warranty period only covers parts replacement and does not include call-outs which will be separately charged. Please note that in some areas, call outs may not be available. Additional labour charges may apply for any additional work performed on-site.
If a customer believes that the product does not include all necessary parts or they are missing a part of the delivery, they must contact us immediately via email or text us at 0485 826 573. It is the customer's duty to check they have all the relevant parts when the item is delivered.
If our courier's tracking states all parts are delivered and we are not informed of any missing parts or that the product was damaged, within 3 months on arrival, we will not approve this claim.
Please do not attempt to use a product if any part is incomplete, unless advised by our staff. Any damage that the user causes as a result of using incomplete products will lead to voiding of the warranty.
We recommend that you keep your original product packaging if possible. In the unlikely event that you require a warranty repair and you do not have the original packaging, you will bear the responsibility for safely packaging your product for transport and Outdoors Lifestyle accepts no liability for any damage that may occur in transit. If your product was picked up at any of our authorised distribution centers, you are responsible for bringing or shipping the product back to the original place of purchase for repairs & warranty.
For Saunas and Cold Plungers, where Lifespan Fitness, our supplier, authorises warranty service of a product, depending on the issue, Lifespan Fitness may organise for our authorised courier to pick up the product (when safely and securely packaged for transport) during business hours between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and deliver it to the appropriate repair centre. For smaller products, we may supply a pre-paid postage label for the product to be returned via our chosen carrier to be delivered to the appropriate repair centre. This may include dropping off at a courier’s depot or local post office (for Australia Post Reply Paid return labels).
*Our terms and conditions laid out does not limit any statutory rights which may be available to the Australian consumer in respect of the product, including those under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this warranty policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL") (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded. If you are a "consumer" under the ACL, the following notice applies to you:
"Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law ("Consumer Guarantees"). You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure."
For Lifespan Fitness products, we provide full minimum 12 months warranty coverage on all new products sold, excluding the Little Builder 2 Play Set.
Exclusive Warranties or Extended warranties may apply a longer warranty period for different types of products. Please refer to below table.
