What a fabulous gazebo. So sturdy and beautiful. Assembly was easy as the instructions were so simple to follow. Finished product looks stunning. Lifting the roof in place did require extra help of 2 tall, strong guys but otherwise super easy assembly.
My husband and I bought the gazebo for cover over our patio area by our swimming pool. To be honest I was hesitant at first because it was a “kit” but it was easy to follow directions and put together. It is also very sturdy and solid. It’s a beautiful addition to our backyard area! I watched the Bilt steps a couple times before the actual install effort. It estimated 3 people at 10 hours. Not sure where that came from as it took 3 of us about 4 hours to complete. My guess is maybe if you did all the bolts by hand versus a power tool. Having 3 people with 3 power tools made it go pretty quick. We also carefully inventories and staged all the materials near the install site. Instructions were pretty easy to follow. We only ran into one issue were we assembled the corner braces incorrectly and had to back a few pieces out to fix. (reviewed from Backyard Discovery)
Bought this to replace a 2 year old canopy top grill gazebo that was already damaged by sun and wind. Directions state 2-3 people to install but I actually installed everything myself in about 9 hours except putting the roof on (roof is first installed on the ground and is around 150 pounds). Me and my son put the roof on ourselves (we’re both 6’ 2” so that helped). It’s a perfect fit on our back 10’ x 12’ concrete slab patio so it’s functioning as both a patio and grill gazebo. Love this little outdoor seat, it’s fairly comfy to sit in the garden and read a book (just add a comfy cushion), I’ve had mine a year now and minimal signs of wear (I have it sheltered under the patio). Not too difficult to assemble, would recommend. (reviewed from Temple and Webster)
